When you are driving an automotive vehicle, you can go at many different speeds up until the point of pushing your vehicle to its limits. Past a certain point, you break a law where a police officer will give you a ticket that you can exchange for a front seat row into a courthouse. You can also bribe the officer by giving them the amount that they demand from you.
