Alright, kiddos!! Gather up in the cafeteria for your first event!

[ The cafeteria tables are arranged differently now, long tables pushed to the edges of the room and filled with finger foods and drinks, and the center of the room open except for a bunch of tall, small round tables which are empty except for a stack of cards, but about the right size and height for two people to put drinks on as they stand around.

Vanilla is also standing on one of the tables with a bullhorn. ]

We're starting with a classic! Speed dating! You'll have five minutes each round! When the horn goes off, that's your cue to switch it up and talk to someone else! If you need some conversation starters, try one of the questions on those cards!

...Or don't! You can do whatever you want, I'm not your mom. I'm going with 'uncle' for now!

( The structure here is pretty casual:
- Make a top level
- Tag some people! Optionally, start off with a question from the deck of suggestions!
- Thread! You can ask more questions if you want.

Oh, well, for me.. It's medicine! I'm a nurse, so... I really love anything to do with nursing. Exams, and medicine, and shots... [A pause an she suddenly looks panicked] I-I'm sorry! I answered first without thinking, th-that was rude! Pl-please forgive me!

I was experiencing artist's block and attempted to paint a new subject. The essence of which was anguish, so my friend and I went to a nearby church for research. Many artists over the centuries have painted the crucifixion of Christ as an agonizing, sorrowful topic, so I thought it was a good place to start. We attempted some poses, but none of them felt quite right, and our actions... gathered the attention of a priest, who suggested we not disturb the congregation. In the end, I had misunderstood the subject entirely, but it was a good experience overall.

When I can - but, that's not always, so I try to study on my own time, at least.

Ah - for myself, while I am a priest, I am specifically a missionary. In other words, I travel to many countries and help those who are in need, while also spreading the word of Christ, and reinforcing that faith in those who believe.

Often, my work has to do with taking care of children and giving hope to people in trying times. There are still many countries that do not accept Christianity as a legitimate faith - and so, it can be dangerous for those who practice such a religion. Therefore, I travel to those people to give them as much support as I can, in any way that I can.

I am sure that, as a pharmacist you can understand - being able to help those around you, those who are hurting, is a worthwhile reward in and of itself.

My, that's a mature way of approaching storytelling. Certainly, once the end of your personal story is over, then whatever else that follows does not necessarily need to be forced through, mm?

If I must lose a bodypart, I suppose a hand - no, I should say that a hand would be the least inconvenient option for me, but if I have entered a battle then I am prepared to sacrifice whatever is necessary for victory.

My, it's somewhat difficult to explain it, but - mm, are you aware of the man called "Avenger" on that list? To explain it simply, "Ruler" is the opposite of "Avenger". He is the one who breaks laws, and I am the one who reinforces them.

But, I do have a name as well. It's an awkward title to call one by, so if it would please you instead, Shirou Kotomine is my name.

Certainly, you really are passionate about medicine. It's alright, it doesn't offend me - after all, this session is getting to know each other, isn't it?

As for myself, helping others would be something I am passionate about. We're similar then in that vein, you and I.

. . . For example. If it was simply because a murderer wished to see me suffer, then I could not handle even my pinky toe being severed. If it was, however, a necessary sacrifice. . . if severing a bodypart could save a person, then I could stand to have my hand cut off. If it could save a hundred people, then I don't mind my arm. If it could save a thousand people, then both my legs would be fine.

If it could save forty thousand people, then even my head would be fine.

That's right. Therefore, I think it is possible to say that a date is "time spent with someone you are interested in" - whether you are interested in them for romantic reasons, or simply friendship reasons. . . one cannot say that friendship is not a form of love.
