[ Today the cafeteria looks different again, most of the tables cleared out and the space full of pillows, blankets, and love sacs of various sizes. Around the time everyone gets there, Vanilla pops up in the front of the room.. ]

Do you know what one of the most important things in a relationship is? Honesty! Do you know what some others are? Trust! Self-confidence! Communication! A sense of adventure! Sexual compatibility!

...What was I talking about? Oh, right! Today's event is truth or dare! You know how it works! Find someone and ask them if they want a truth or a dare! If they pick truth, ask them any question and they have to tell the truth. If they pick dare, tell them do do anything and they have to do it. Then it's their turn. Try to ask around!

And... I've got something special for you!

[ Vanilla pulls a sheet off a table to reveal a bunch of tiny plastic bottles, each about the size to hold one sip of liquid. ]

The blue ones are Vanilla's Famous Vanilla-Flavored One-Shot Truth Serum! One truthful statement guaranteed! The red ones are Sarsaparilla's Tequillas! Pure liquid courage - give yourself the extra kick you need to get out of your comfort zone!

...You don't have to drink these if you trust each other and are confident in yourself, but in the spirit of honesty in our relationship, I'm willing to make a trade. If all these shots are drunk by nighttime, I'll give you proof the people eliminated and disqualified are safe!

[ The truth serum, as you would expect, makes you tell the truth. The "tequillas" aren't actually alcoholic, but they do make you feel much braver. Both generally only last the length of one answer/dare, but some of them might last a little longer... chinchillas don't practice good quality control. ]

Oh my, no. I only lived with my family until I was about. . . five, I believe - when my father deemed me to be strong enough, he took me travelling around Japan to study. So, even though it was big, I did not get to see much of them except for when we returned to visit.

I've studied it as well, though I only really started until after I began using it.

[it's a mess of a kiss, honestly. Sudoh has never been crying while he's kissed someone, and his breath keeps hitching at inopportune times, and their faces are all wet, but it's still. it's still so important, to cling to Yusuke and not let go.]

[ She... looks sheepish at that. She almost got blackout, after all. Just one square off the full thing. ]

That is unfortunate in terms of getting the rewards, but I admit a lot of the squares were not easy.

[ Her voice is softer when she asks it though, her hands clasping tight in front of herself. She's already talked to Tatsuya anyway, so... this is more just to confirm her own suspicions on things. ]

Yes. I never formally took kendo, so my knowledge is not based on that particular style. I had to develop my own techniques, instead.

[ She smiles at that, trying to not look back even if she wants to - she doesn't want to mess up the work he's doing either. ]

I realised when I was talking to him earlier, but thank you for the confirmation. [ She pauses. ] Do you like him?

[this is new to yusuke as well, and for as messy as it is, he'll have to break it off after a few more moments, partly so that sudoh can breathe and partly so that he can stop himself from getting overwhelmed again. he doesn't let go of him, though; he just presses their foreheads together and stays in sudoh's space, his fingers sliding into his hair to hold on there]

[ Well at least it should wear off after that... ]

[ Her making tea probably won't be as good, but Ruler said he'd made orange tea before so there should be some left. ]

[curling his fingers tight into his shirt, almost shaky with emotion. Sudoh's just about as compromised as Yusuke is.]

[ She still looks fired up! ]

[Sudoh's hands only pause for a moment in her hair, before he answers, straightforwardly enough.] I do. I like him a lot. So I want him to have something to remember me by.
