Alright, kiddos!! Gather up in the cafeteria for your first event!

[ The cafeteria tables are arranged differently now, long tables pushed to the edges of the room and filled with finger foods and drinks, and the center of the room open except for a bunch of tall, small round tables which are empty except for a stack of cards, but about the right size and height for two people to put drinks on as they stand around.

Vanilla is also standing on one of the tables with a bullhorn. ]

We're starting with a classic! Speed dating! You'll have five minutes each round! When the horn goes off, that's your cue to switch it up and talk to someone else! If you need some conversation starters, try one of the questions on those cards!

...Or don't! You can do whatever you want, I'm not your mom. I'm going with 'uncle' for now!

( The structure here is pretty casual:
- Make a top level
- Tag some people! Optionally, start off with a question from the deck of suggestions!
- Thread! You can ask more questions if you want.
- Try to keep threads around 10 comments from you maximum. This isn’t a hard limit, but assume a bullhorn goes off around there to signal a switch.

Not at all! You can hardly help what these cards are saying. And it's all in good fun, really.

"Do you exercise? What form of exercise?"

It seems that is the case. Many people seem to have been worried for naught.

[ But that's fairly innocent! No problems there. ]

I like swimming! In fact, I sometimes swam around the perimeter of the island I was at before. Let me see.

[ She'll take the next card. ]

"What food would you prefer someone smell like?" ...What food?

[laughing again because that's a very silly question.]

I think if someone smelled like food, I'd just be hungry all the time and I'm already hungry pretty frequently.

Then I will stay hopeful there will be enough food stocked here to keep us all satisfied. [ She's almost laughing as well though. ] I know there wasn't much outside of vegetables, but I wonder if they would have enough ingredients for everyone to bake together.

[ bonding!!! and all that jazz. ]

I don't know about baking, but I do think there is enough food here for everyone.

And cooking together sounds like it could be fun. There are a lot of cooks here, apparently!

It would be really fun. As we are trapped here together, activities like those encourage people to get along.

... I've actually travelled quite a bit, so there's nowhere I'm really interested in getting to for a visit, really.

Ah, well, I guess something like other people's worlds. Or your kingdom. If I had the time and ability, maybe that would be fun.

[haha it's just never gonna happen so like.]

[ She's expected something about another country in his world, even if he had travelled lots -- maybe even other people's worlds, sure. There's a huge mix of them here. To here it specifically about her kingdom makes her happy though. ]

If that were possible I would ensure you tasted our finest chocolates and puddings before you left! [ She looks... a little too excited. ] And I could even show you around my castle!

[ She doesn't really have. Many friends there okay. ]

Chocolates and puddings! I certainly wouldn't be able to turn down that offer!

Though I probably would look very out of place.

There is also wine, but I know that is not to everyone's taste. [ Though uh. ] I suppose you may stand out a little, but that can easily be dealt with. No problemo!

[ aka she'll yell at anyone who wouldn't let him in... or any friends she made here tbh. ]
