Day 2: The Motives

[Your first "chillaxin day" comes and goes. No exits are found, no help has come, no real explanations are given. But all of a sudden, the tablets reboot and start showing... a spreadsheet. Well, that's something, at least.]

[Tycoon is out in full force today, dashing up to everyone he meets and handing each of them a cute envelope with their name written on the front in crayon. If they should look inside, they'll find their murder carrot written there, as well as, "FOR YOUR EYES ONLY." If your character is one of the ones who has no bribe for which they would kill an innocent person, they will instead find a picture of dickbutt, but with their own face crudely drawn on it, and helpful "DIS U" with an arrow, just in case the point was missed.]

🔪 If you haven't filled out the character list and IC profiles yet, please do that. Until those are done, we have the aforementioned spreadsheet the raccoons are still fixing their tablet software, okay).

🔪 We had two last-minute drops: Hiyoko, who did not intro, and Kaito, who would like to retcon having intro'd. The original sign still said 32... well, lbr, raccoons aren't that good at counting.

...Are you that willing to sacrifice yourself just for that kind of information? That's very brave of you, but it's still a rather bullheaded decision. As I mentioned, you could've told me or anyone else that you'd be doing this.

And no, I won't ask Dazai-san for the book. It's none of my business, after all.

If that were really how you felt, you'd be helping me, not crying about the books. You're only trying to talk me down so that I won't do anything else that might put you at risk.

[Straightening up.]

That's fine, but don't pretend like you care about what happens to me. It pisses me off.

In all honesty, the library and everyone else that's trapped in this place are far more important than me in the end. I don't mind if you do hate me for this though, even if that anger of yours may be misguided. After all, it's really none of my business, isn't it? Things like that ultimately don't bother me at all in the long run.

[ straightens up as well, his empty smile unwavering ]
