Are you ready for it?! It's the long awaited final event! This is your last chance to get close before your final dates and the final bonus event!

And, back by popular demand, it's the motive vi—wait, no, not that. Well, I guess you're motivated to build your relationships? That's better anyway.

...Anyway! Check your tablets! You will find you have a few interesting video files! They should be familiar to you! The catch is... if you don't share each one with a different person by nighttime today, they will all be shown to everyone here! We'll have a fun midnight viewing party!

This may seem a bit cruel, but... love is cruel sometimes. Take it as an opportunity to get a bit closer to the people you care about, or everyone will learn a bit more about you! It's win-win when you think about it that way!

[ On your tablets are a minimum of 3 video files! There is no maximum; it's however many you OOCly want to deal with. Each video contains some sort of secret your character has—'secret' loosely defined as anything they would be uncomfortable being thrown up on a big screen in the auditorium in front of everyone. The presentation can be as simple as lines of text with embarrassing facts (Alice wet the bed until she was in junior high!) or as involved as a dramatically edited montage of the murders they committed through their whole life. Your choice!

Each file should be shown to a different person to count as 'shared'. If there is anything they do not manage to, or choose not to, share with someone in particular, comment with a brief description of it over here. These will all be shared publicly in a post which goes up on Thursday before the date announcement post. ]

[He'll let go of Allen with one hand to reach for his own tablet before bringing it in front of both of them, leaving the screen open for Allen to pick something. Some of the videos are already viewed, but here's what's available:

Rin in a church, staring at something in horror.

Rin yelling at a man in a brown coat.

Rin pinned to the ground by Sara in the middle of what looks like some sort of fight.

Rin sitting with a boy his age who has glasses and moles on his face. Despite the fact that Rin's not yelling, the scene looks tense.

Rin standing in a forest, looking demonic, with sheer animalistic fury in his eyes.]

Um.

The other guy in that fourth one there, that's Yukio.

[So Allen can guess what that video might be about.]

I did notice the resemblance...

[but more importantly... staring at all of these options.]

Well...if you want to see Dad, the first one's the one for that. But it's a little. Um. Messed up.

[Suffice to say he will see more than just Rin's dad in that one.]

[i mean. he's Allen Walker. "messed up" is his middle name or something.

but it's more for reassuring Rin if Rin's actually more fussed about Allen's well-being than his own. that seems to be a pattern of behavior.]

[The scene starts with a teenage Rin not much younger than the current Rin. This Rin looks 100% human, though the discussion reveals he is not human at all.

After Rin yells at his father, something terrible happens and suddenly Shiro is there no more. No dad, only Satan.

Satan tried to drag Rin to hell, quite literally, but at the last moment Shiro interferes and takes his own life.

And despite Rin's best efforts to save him, Shiro dies and Rin is left in the form Allen would be able to recognize.

He had started out watching it with Allen, but by the end of it Rin has his face buried against Allen's back, sobbing quietly. He thought he would be alright, it's been nearly a year, but the memories are still too fresh]

Allen Walker is a crybaby.

but he watches the whole thing before he reaches a hand back behind himself to find Rin's head. in a weird backwards hug but. he's also not going to drag Rin out from behind him, letting him have a moment]

I see... I can see where Rin gets it.

[It's a short moment at least. Rin is upset, but not outright bawling or anything. And by the time Allen's hand reaches Rin's hair, Rin is already getting himself under control.]

He- people always said I was just like him when he was my age. I guess that's why we butted heads so much.

[Their father/son relationship was very tumultuous, but still caring.]

I wish you could've met him. He'd like you. ...okay, he'd give you a hard time and grill you about not breaking my heart first, but then he'd like you.

Considering my upbringing and the current situation... he'd be probably be right to.

[he says it lightly but also. like. yeah.]

But he'd still like you in the end! You're a fighter. Dad likes people who put up a fight. Yukio's the one who would give you a hard time.

[And, ironically, Yukio is the one Allen is most likely to meet. So there's that.]

...hah. Maybe you showing up and claiming to be my boyfriend would be enough to make him not join the Illuminati, since he'd be too busy chasing us down to yell at us.

['Claiming to be his boyfriend'. Because as bold as Rin is, he's not quite ready for bold statements like that. Especially because of his little talk with Yusuke today.]

[It absolutely isn't, and when Allen doesn't laugh Rin will end up nudging him a bit.]

[He headbutts Allen's back gently at that first comment. But as for the rest:]

[He let's go of Allen and sits up abruptly. Then he leans over Allen so he can look him in the eyes. He sure does look excited.]
