Mm... yeah, it's known as Samhain. It's more of a Celtic thing, the remembrance of the dead. A lot of people believe that it's also the day where demons and witches go out for night hunting. Well, I guess that could be true, anyway. The day after it is Allterheiligen, which is All Saint's Day.
