[ It looks like his hand is stuck within hers for the moment. He eyes the hand closely and honestly, it has been awhile since he's held another being's hand -- since he's even reached out to willingly touch another.

It reminds him of a time, when a girl much younger than she smiled and held his hand as they waded through grass in lands not yet tamed. It distracts him enough that he doesn't consider bringing up the fact they're holding hands.

Or maybe he just doesn't care. As they reach the Greenhouse, an idle query presents itself. ]

...What is it you do back on your home? Beyond playing those games, that is?

[ Nobody here is that normal, but she doesn't want to blow her true identity right open when she can't actually be Venus. Leave some secrets, mystery enhances a woman's charms. ]

[ Caius gives a small hum of consideration -- he hadn't thought there'd be an actual princess involved in this. ]

Then I imagine their idea of bestowing upon you that title with the word 'fake' doesn't sit with you well.

[ It wouldn't sit well with him at least to be called a 'fake' Guardian. Even if his role is very different from his old one. ]

It's true, though. I'm her body double. Sorta. She's shorter, but I can pass for her in a pinch when I've gotta.

...I think they were trying to get her, not me.

[ If shit goes down, iiiit generally happens to Usagi. Or Chibi. So, like. Minako's doing her actual job here, even if it's not on purpose. ]

They must've realized it when they were setting up those tablet profiles.

[ He's already disgruntled about how much power they've wielded and the success they've managed to produce thus far. It's likely a small victory in the grand scheme of things, but he'll take it. ]

It's good to see that they've managed to fail in at least one of their attempts.

You could say that foiling plots is my real Ultimate talent.

[ For morale, she'll convince herself she ended up here on purpose. It's a brilliant strategy. ]

...She'll show up with the rest of the warriors and rescue us all, sooner or later. That's kind of her thing.

Then perhaps their plot will ultimately come crumbling down sooner rather than later.

[ He's been actually vaguely wondering if Lightning will burst into this place and slaughter the masterminds herself because she is like a universal constant in foiling plans in its actuality. ]

This princess has a set of warriors accompanying her? Let us hope she would not lose without capabilities to combat our captors like we have, if such an event does manage to arrive.
