[Ah yes, there's the beautiful sound of Raquelle's voice ringing out over the loudspeakers to wake everyone the fuck up this fine and lovely morning. Don'tcha just love that raccoon screeching.]

I get it, I get it, you're all fat and happy after the holidays. Well, no more of that, that's for sure! You can trust us on that, you sure can, nyehehehehe! 'til then...Oooh, maybe we will have some corpses to mess with if you guys don't hurry your butts up.

[Aaaand with that, she's gone. What the hell is she talking about? Maybe take some time to check out all the cool new areas that have been found overnight and find out...]

For this investigation! because there's very little to find, there are going to be two toplevels for the locations containing stuff. Please give precedence to people who didn't find anything last time! Once the appropriate discoveries have been made, feel free to involve others in each thread.

[ He will be heading down the corridors before he reaches the door -- surely whatever there is to encounter couldn't be too much trouble, can it? ]

[The lights down these halls are awfully dim... But as they reach a corner to round, they'll notice that that side of the hallway shines much brighter, even before the hall has really come into their field of vision.

[ He is the last person who would hesitate at anything. ]

I would not object. I trust you will not hold me back, but you should also know to be on your guard.

[ Because of this place and how these raccoons are, among everything else.

And he'll leave it at that -- that being said, he will move to proceed ever onwards. The dim hallways do not deter him in the slightest. ]

[McGonagall may be rather old, but she's not weak! Just...don't trust her to throw a punch. Wizards aren't really trained in the art of boxing, to be frank]

I have lived ninety years precisely because I know how to stay alert.

[Besides, there's a hallway to go in now. McGonagall follows him with no problems, looking around for anything that seems off]

[First thing that's off is that it reeks. The smell is almost unbearable as they round the corner. If either of them are familiar with it, they'll recognize it as the distinct stench of decomposition.

As they round the corner, they'll find out why the hall is so bright, and also so stinky. Shining in place of the flickering and busted overhead lights, the soft glow of electric sex keeps the hallway bright.

That's right.

[ Caius manages to keep his expression still because he's seen and well... experienced a lot of things in his ridiculously long life-span. He rises a brow at it's location, and, well... might as well move on some more. They might find who was responsible for that (or not, that's fine. ) ]

I imagine we'll encounter something just as pleasant down this hallway.

[ His voice comes through as it usually does, but it is ostensibly clear that he means that in no good humor whatsoever. ]

[As they proceed further down, they get to the good stuff. Namely, the "DO NOT ENTER" door—but that's maybe secondary to all of the blood and the two forms lying in front of the door at the end of the hall.]

[ Caius will come closer to look at the first body, expecting McGonagall to look at the second.

Who are they looking at here, exactly? ]

[Now that's alarming! As soon as McGonagall sees the forms, she hurries to approach, maybe even pushing Caius aside a bit. Maybe it's not too late to help! That is, if they are people she knows. It could be a prank from the raccoons, after all.

Looking at the second body]

[They're looking at two boys splayed half on top of each other on the floor. Because they're lying face down, it's hard to get a good idea of their injuries, but rest assured, they are absolutely covered in blood, and their clothes are torn some, too. Respectively, Caius and McGonagall are looking at Ichigo and Akira.

What's our first move?]

[Help them, of course. McGonagall inhales, taken aback by all the blood, but tries to turn Akira gently]

Kurusu, if you're conscious, don't fall asleep!

[Better assess the injuries first]

[ . . . This is not what he was expecting.

If Ichigo wasn't covered in blood, honestly, Caius would have actually tried to see if there was a way to resuscitate him but like Akira, it's clear that is out of the realm of possibility. Still, he'll at least try to get an idea of how serious the injuries are and what they are looking at, so he'll do his part and carefully turn Ichigo.

Perhaps out of a bit of a sense of denial he'll even check for a pulse. Hah. ]

[okay well first of all i missed a bit in my notes so first thing, Akira did have a significant gash wound on his back, right of his spine, shoulder down to waist

regardless. with him turned over, McGonagall will be able to better notice a wound through his left calf, as well as one through his hand, and a graze across his cheek.

As for Ichigo, he's in rough shape: there are a few besides these, but the most notable wounds are two large slashes across his chest, and a deep wound in his shoulder. There's also...bandaging...over his left eye?? Like, well-wrapped and thoroughly placed bandaging. There are cuts on the right side of his face as neck as well which haven't been treated or even cleaned.

But when Caius goes to check for a pulse, he'll find one, faint.]

This doesn't look good.

[Even though she looks under control, her voice is trembling just a little bit. All those gashes, all this blood...

But is he still alive? She looks for his pulse]

[He has a pulse, too, but it's faint. They're both awfully pale... How long have they just been chilling here bleeding???]

Ichigo is still alive. However, he's obviously in rough condition.

[ Everyone is in luck that Caius knows how to deal with very bad wounds, though with two people badly injured...he'll definitely need some assistance. He'll wait for McGonagall's verdict when he spots her reaching for Akira's pulse. ]

I can assist to some extent regarding some of these injuries -- though, I'll need some assistance myself.

[ Also, he plans on carrying the most injured one out first to the Nurse's office, but, hopefully Akira is alive and he hasn't seen the extent of his injuries. So, he's going to ask: ]

How is Akira faring?

He's very injured -- long gash down his back, loss of blood. He's in urgent need of attention.

[She stands up, glancing at Ichigo. He's rather bloody too, obviously, but from where she is she can't judge just how badly injured he is. Still...]

If you can carry one by yourself I'll prepare the infirmary and get someone with medical skills to come help.

[She's talking a bit fast, there's not much time to waste]

I'll take him and then come back for Ichigo, as Akira is the most injured of the two.

[ Caius will move swiftly, and he's at Akira's side in a heartbeat -- as well as presumably next to McGonagall. However, when he reaches for the black-haired male, his movements are going to be careful and slow. He's going to also rise to his feet once he has Akira in his arms, making sure the way he is holding him does not exacerbate his wounds in the slightest.

Then he'll make his way off to the infirmary. Presumably, just to help speed things up, he will have time to make his way back to Ichigo and carry him to said infirmary as well while McGonagall does her thing. ]

[and here comes this asshole, running so fast that he needs to screech to a halt not to slam directly into Caius]

even moreso when he sees the injured teens.

Akira and Ichigo are badly injured. If either of you know anyone that is medically capable, bring them to the infirmary.

[ McGonagall is presumably going to do that as well he figures but he doesn't want anyone getting in the way when he's carrying bodies around. Plus the more help the better.

He'll step around Akechi, because he doesn't have time for this but if he wants to follow he won't stop him or anything. ]

[McGonagall goes ahead from everyone towards the infirmary. What's going to be needed...? If only she knew more about muggle medicine. She gets there and takes out everything she imagines will be needed -- mostly stuff to stop bleeding and bandages.

Then she starts going around as quickly as she can]

If you have any medical knowledge please go to the infirmary immediately!
