BOOOOOOOOOOOOORING!
[Ah yes, there's the beautiful sound of Raquelle's voice ringing out over the loudspeakers to wake everyone the fuck up this fine and lovely morning. Don'tcha just love that raccoon screeching.]
I get it, I get it, you're all fat and happy after the holidays. Well, no more of that, that's for sure! You can trust us on that, you sure can, nyehehehehe! 'til then...Oooh, maybe we will have some corpses to mess with if you guys don't hurry your butts up.

[Aaaand with that, she's gone. What the hell is she talking about? Maybe take some time to check out all the cool new areas that have been found overnight and find out...]

[Akira lets out a mumbled and slurred curse underneath his breath, before he gently lowers himself back down again, on his side, so as not to exacerbate the wound on his back. he registers Ulaz's words, registers the medical supplies he has gathered, and registers that he's going for Ichigo first]
[that's enough to appease him. . . for now]

But he is going to finish stitching up the worst of Ichigo's wounds before he even addresses Akira again. Does Akira have anything to say before then? ]

[Akira's breathing a little heavily once Ulaz is finished with Ichigo, but he does manage to ask--]

[ Technically Ulaz can't 100% guarantee that, but he's never been one to get hung up on uncertainties. ]
Worry about yourself first. You have lost a lot of blood.
[ The puncture wounds are simple enough to deal with, those mostly just need pressure and bandages, that he can delegate to one of the aspiring nurses hanging around, probably Will, Will's sufficiently not incompetent to pass muster. He's got to make sure the needle's all clean and sterile for what's coming next. ]

[the pressure on the bullet wound hurts, but Akira manages to keep his hissing and his whining to himself. he's trying to be a good patient]

[ The upside of Akira's wound being on his back is that it means he can't actually, like, watch as Ulaz prepares to stitch him up. ]
This will hurt.
[ Uuuunnnnnfortunately that means that and a hand firmly holding him down are the only warnings he gets before Ulaz begins. ]

[there's no muffling that strangled cry, no mistaking the sting that springs to the corners of his eyes when Ulaz starts. but Akira tries his best to make that the only sound that escapes from his mouth as he grabs the corner of a pillow and bites down on it. hard]
[this is even worse than his interrogation, and he didn't think things got worse than that]
