[Ah yes, there's the beautiful sound of Raquelle's voice ringing out over the loudspeakers to wake everyone the fuck up this fine and lovely morning. Don'tcha just love that raccoon screeching.]

I get it, I get it, you're all fat and happy after the holidays. Well, no more of that, that's for sure! You can trust us on that, you sure can, nyehehehehe! 'til then...Oooh, maybe we will have some corpses to mess with if you guys don't hurry your butts up.

[Akira is cognizant, aware and able to speak, although his words are slurred and his slow to respond. he can probably talk a little bit! but Hiyori might have to catch him later for a lengthier, in-depth explanation]

[either way, he lies back down, on his side this time, hissing in pain as the movement aggravates his injuries]

If he was not, we would not be keeping him in the infirmary! Corpses are not likely to recover, even if we give them care! He is breathing, yes.

[ Hiyori could have said the last part first, but he didn't. Still, eventually he said it. Hiyori's lips purse a little— it was a given that Akira would be in a bad way just by looking at him, but now its confirmed. At least this seems like something he can recover from. ]

[he's definitely in better shape than Ichigo, that's for sure. he lets out a wry, humorless laugh]

[ He idly picks up an empty medical chart, like he's looking for details that no one's bothered to write before looking over it, down at Akira. ]

I don't need details, but what were you up to, that ended up with you like this?

[he isn't paying much attention to Hiyori's movements, if only because he's focusing on trying to talk]

Is that all it is? Well then! Was it something behind the door, or was this punishment for disobeying, or are you not certain which?

There was. . . curtain. A curtain. We c-couldn't see what was behind it, so I tried to. . . pull it aside.

[ Nodnods and stands abruptly ]

[he nods as well, the tiniest of movements]
