DAY 14 - CHOOSE YOUR CULPRIT!
[As one terrible day passes into the next, your tablets inform you that you are required to vote soon for tomorrow's execution. So good luck with that, I guess.
Tycoon can be found in the kitchen with a, "I DRANK TOO MUCH STOMACH MEDICINE AND DIED" shaming sign around his neck. He will be answering questions today!]

[aloud, since he used his recyclr post for the day]
They really aren't allowing any further "Captain Hook" incidents, are they?

[ It doesn't mean he didn't try to see if he could decipher it, though.
Or perhaps guess. ]

Likely some sort of hint to one of the killers. The message is directed at Ichgio, and-- uh.
I don't know who Weather-kun and Giveup-kun are, though.

Perhaps 'Weather-kun' refers to someone who likes to spend their time in the greenhouse.
[ He knows he does, but, he's not sure if it's referring to him...he's, well-- ]
Giveup-kun may be a more recent one, perhaps based upon discussion here [ Or elsewhere. ], if the dead can hear our words. From someone he believes who has given up. Even if it's not necessarily 'giving up' in the complete sense. I do have a supposition that if he's sending a message to Ichigo, he may also be calling out to you with one of those nicknames.

[hm!]
. . . Weather-kun is probably Hiyori. So me, Ichigo, and Hiyori.
There's a chance he's probably piggybacking on whatever it was Dazai meant.

[ Caius is taking it as that, because it sounded too odd to be anything else. ]
"How dim I am,
How dry I am,
Nobody knows how dry I am."
If I have that right. The symbols were difficult to discern.

I think he might've been asking for alcohol.
