If that isn't the reason, but you aren't interested, you just need to clearly tell people so! Otherwise they'll get the wrong idea.

Mm, I believe it is amply clear by this point - well, regardless, it isn't particularly as if these lists seem to mean anything beyond giving us material for who to tease next, so ultimately, it isn't a problem. It's just a little surprising to see, every time. . .

It shouldn't be that surprising. You've always been very open and kind! And have continued to be pleasant despite the circumstances. A charming personality is probably a factor in the, ah, "hotness" ratings.

It seems like embarrassing us is practically a goal for them at this point... And that probably won't change anytime soon... The only thing we really can do is ignore it. [But with a shrug and a half smile-] But if you're still able to enjoy yourself aside from it, that's a victory on its own, you know?

Ah, it's certainly nothing to apologize for. It's just - mm, it's not exactly something I can get used to.

I am enjoying myself, certainly. Everyone has been rather kind, and I am glad to have met the people here - if this is total price that must be paid for that, then I don't mind it at all in comparison.

That's understandable. [He nods and laughs a bit.] I don't... think I could really get used to it, either.

[He's honestly kind of glad he hasn't made it onto the list because he would probably Freak Out.]

I'm glad you're enjoying yourself, though. There are a lot of great people here, so it makes it easier to overlook some of this. [Something makes his expression soften, just a bit.] Being able to make more friends is... really nice. It makes it feel worth it, even if we have to deal with some weird things to do it.

[ pressing a hand to his mouth, discreetly. after a pause, he brings it away and nods ] It sounds like you're enjoying yourself too, Hinata-san - I'm glad to hear that. Well, even in terms of "weird", this is about as juvenile as a prolonged slumber party, so even this much is tolerable. Moreover - [ a beat, as he looks around, and then mock-whispers ] It seems that it is at least somewhat working, with couples matching themselves up here - so, although I don't really agree with it, I can't say this method isn't working.
