I really don't know many of these people thanks to my bout of illness, but I do know that Minako and Lux are possibly more likely to be unwitting accomplices, if anything.

Also, have we completely ruled out suicide as being an option for this round?

The strangely colored bears mentioned they haven't decided what to do about suicides and it'd be dealt with case by case! That sounds as if it hasn't happened yet, and no matter what we must vote! It's better to assume it wasn't, yes.
