He's managed to get a change of clothes and wash his hands, so he's at least not blood spattered when he's going to talk to people. He's still looking pretty somber, but at least He's just calmly waiting on the stage for everyone who wants to come to this whole thing to arrive.

He's not sure people are going to tell the truth - but hopefully, with others to vouch for them, they can figure out who killed Sigma without much effort. They do have plenty of detectives around, after all - and they're all smart enough to figure this out, right?]

[ Illya is definitely casually avoiding the rec room at all costs at the moment, but eventually she manages to settle in the cafeteria after grabbing the book that she managed to save from the fire.

She's reading over the words idly - it's a distraction, really - before stopping upon some line and she finds herself crying, somehow. ]

[After being dismissed Futayo isn't really sure what to do with herself. So she wanders still holding her baton loosely. Occasionally she tightens her grip on the bar, or passes it between her hands. Looking pale and glaring at nothing the whole way.

At one point she ends up in the wine cellar and rattles the gate...Multiple times...Then she gives up and goes back to wandering.

Until she gets to the weapons closet. The weapons aren't what she's used to, but they're similar. And like with the knives, she looks at them all, mainly the swords and spears.]

At some point, when most people have been gathered, McGonagall once again tries to get their attention. This is a serious matter and therefore deserves to be treated with the utmost seriousness, and that's what she's here for.]

We cannot afford to be disorganized in times like these. For the sake of not condemning an innocent person, I have provided in a classroom a way to keep track who has an alibi.

Please feel free to pass by and leave your testimony. If you stayed in your room alone, it would be a good idea to note it, too. We will need as much information as possible!

[True to her word, McGonagall wrote everyone's names in the board, all of them around the edges of the board. There's a thick chalk line between her own name and Illya's name, marking them as having an alibi.

Okay, okay! If this means anything to anyone, please speak up!

Furudo-chan and I found Sigma-kun's head in his room's shower along with a bloody message of "DICKS" and Sigma-kun's tablet which had a final message typed into Sigma-kun's online account without it being sent.

This message reads: "This is just like that scene in the shining where"-- [gestures with a cut-off motion to signify that's all that was there.]

From the state of the room, it's entirely possible the murder occurred there while Sigma-kun was asleep but this message could be a clue that illustrates things otherwise if it was written by Sigma-kun himself.

There's, of course, always the possibility of the murderer leaving it there...

[ OK establishing alibis is all well and good and all, but there are plenty of other things that have Ulaz's attention today, if anybody wants to chat up the resident giant purple alien.

First on the agenda is a trip to the weapons closet, where he selects a long sword with a curved blade and sticks it through his belt in lieu of having any proper scabbard for it. It's purple and bedazzled all to hell and clashes horribly with his ugly Christmas sweater and also any reasonable sense of design, but the edge is sharp and that's what matters.

While he's up on the third floor, he pays a visit to the holding cells, where he swings the doors open and shut a few times with a severe frown. He's pretty sure he left these locked last night. Well, fine, this is easily fixed. He pulls the keys out of one of his belt pouches and locks the cells again. HOPEFULLY THEY STAY THAT WAY THIS TIME???

Overall, though, he spends most of the day in the nurse's office, reorganizing the drawers and cabinets so that the medical supplies therein are actually easily accessible without wading through some kind of fucking q-tip tsunami. How is a doctor supposed to work in these conditions, honestly!!! ]

-- the only people still alive who haven't said anything about last night are Minako, Caius and Jack. [DROPPING HONRIFICS FOR THIS cuz it's easier] Since it's confirmed that Miss Prissy Pants's seals really weren't tampered with, we really can rule Jack out as a suspect.

Which leaves Minako and Caius. Provided that no one else is lying about who they were with last night.

Someone has lied about their alibi, yes! Illyasviel-chan, Shuichi-kun, Ulaz-san, Ein-kun, Ichigo-kun, and Caius-san are our suspects, as well as the ladies I listed earlier!
