Day 7 - afternoon
[After the execution, there's... nothing. The raccoons exit the stage, and the rest of you are free to do the same. The only update on your tablet reads: "You've been good, so we're going to give you the rest of the day off!"]

[And she fidgets, looking around the room. Looking for something else to talk about. Why was he asking this? No one else had, not even Masazumi. There had been one guard who asked if they were to help but that was different.]
... But then the genesis project would have failed. And if I had abandoned my post to return and help, I would not have been able to recover the deadly sins armament from Tres Espana.

Any outcome where you lose your family can't be considered the best outcome possible. Maybe it was unavoidable, but - you're still allowed to miss him, without thinking of your duty, because you're human, Futayo. You're not a warrior or some slave without a will.

We are at war. So far my father and his lord have been the only deaths. At the moment we are in the best position we could be politically. Even if we are still being chased.
Missing him would not help us. It is better to keep the others safe than worry about something that cannot be changed.

What good would that do? I am better off trying to earn my master's forgiveness... Besides my father died without regrets, he did not leave a ghost. And according to the book here, he waited for the blast with Kazuno's soul.
