No - I took a guess. Whatever the problem is, you seem to be under the impression that you're missing parts of yourself - perhaps it is your soul, I cannot say for certain. It's really only a hunch that was confirmed just now by you, but it's peculiar to me that someone would refer to you with male pronouns when you're very obviously a woman, at least in appearance.

It could have been a matter of preference, but it seems I'm not wrong.
